There are two sets of numbers on each Web page. The top page number is the Web site page number. The numbers beside text refer to my original 1988 hand printed manuscript. I
kept those numbers in order for me to locate the original information easily in my paper book
. By condensing pages on the Web I was able to reduce the number of pages from over 100
